Website Operator and Hosting

The MuscleWrap website, online store, and related services are operated by Ashleigh Neal under the business name MuscleWrap ("MuscleWrap," "we," "us," or "our").

Our store is hosted through Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related technology but is not the seller of MuscleWrap products and is not responsible for fulfilling customer orders. References to third-party platforms, suppliers, carriers, or service providers do not imply their sponsorship or endorsement of MuscleWrap unless expressly stated.

Applicable Policies

Your access to and use of our website and any purchase from MuscleWrap are also governed by our:

We may request additional information so that we can investigate, notify our supplier, comply with reporting obligations, or take corrective action. Where appropriate, we may contact customers concerning a safety warning, corrective measure, or product recall.

Consumers may also review Canadian recalls and safety alerts or report a consumer-product incident through Health Canada.

Prices and Commercial Information

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other amounts will be shown before an order is submitted where reasonably determinable.
